The only source of light is God
which lights to all the lights
and
dwells in heart of each soul.

Dispel the darkness forever
which is possible by getting lighted
eight lamps,
one by one and then all together
in the inner realm of spiritual heart
named as
restraint, [Yama]
religious observance, [Niyama]
the appropriate posture of sitting, [Asana]
serenity of breath, [Pranayama]
withholding of the mind along with the physical organs, [Pratyahara]
retention, [Dharana]
meditation [Dhyana]
and
perfect absorption of thought in the Supreme Spirit. [Samadhi]

May God light each soul with HIS eternal light.
